2. Agency Role & Third-Party Suppliers
Cruise Geeks LLC acts strictly as an independent travel agent for cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers (“Suppliers”).
- We do not own, manage, or control any of the ships, accommodations, or transportation services provided.
- All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, contract of carriage, and cancellation policies established directly by the respective Supplier.
3. Booking & Travel Documentation
- Accuracy: You are responsible for verifying that all legal names, birth dates, and contact details match government-issued identification exactly.
- Documentation: Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, re-entry permits, and health certifications required for entry into each destination.
4. Fees, Payments, and Cancellations
- Cruise Geeks does not charge hidden service fees unless explicitly stated prior to booking.
- Cancellation policies, refund eligibility, and penalty schedules are dictated entirely by the cruise line or travel supplier holding your booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cruise Geeks LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, delay, property damage, expense, or inconvenience caused by acts of God, war, civil unrest, weather, strikes, government actions, or failures/default of any travel Supplier.
6. Revisions to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
