Cruise Geeks Summer Giveaway | Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cruise Geeks (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on May 8th, 2026 and ends on May 29th, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following:
A. Required Entry
Visit Official Giveaway Page and complete the official entry form during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) base entry per person.
B. Bonus Entries (Optional)
Participants may earn additional entries by completing one or more of the following actions:
- Follow Cruise Geeks on Facebook
- Like the official Giveaway post on Facebook
- Comment on the Giveaway post
- Submit a cruise inquiry through Cruise Geeks during the Promotion Period
- Existing Cruise Geeks clients may receive additional bonus entries
Bonus entry opportunities and corresponding entry amounts, if applicable, will be described on the Giveaway landing page.
C. Entry Conditions
- All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible
- Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to enter more than the permitted number of entries may result in disqualification
- Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion
D. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or booking a cruise does not increase the odds of winning except as part of disclosed bonus entry opportunities.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 credit toward a cruise booking of seven (7) nights or longer through Cruise Geeks with participating cruise line partners.
- The credit must be applied to a qualifying cruise booking made through Cruise Geeks
- The prize has no cash value outside of a qualifying booking and is non-transferable
- The prize may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion
6. Prize Conditions & Cancellation Policy
The $500 credit will be applied to the winner’s confirmed cruise booking.
If the winner cancels their cruise booking for any reason, including but not limited to personal choice, scheduling conflicts, or failure to make required payments:
- The $500 promotional credit will be forfeited in full
- The value of the credit will be retained by Cruise Geeks
- The prize will not be reissued, transferred, or paid out in cash
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Exclusions & Eligibility: This promotion is valid only for new, retail-rate cruise bookings made directly through Cruise Geeks. This offer cannot be applied to, combined with, or used in conjunction with any casino-comped offers, “free” cruise certificates, interline rates, or bookings made using existing future cruise credits (FCC) from previous voyages. Only one entry/credit per stateroom is permitted.
Right to Modify & Final Decisions: Cruise Geeks reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the terms of this giveaway at any time should unauthorized human intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond our control corrupt the administration or security of the promotion. All interpretations of these rules and decisions made by Cruise Geeks regarding winner eligibility and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be notified via email and/or social media. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this time frame, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules
- Allow Sponsor to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Technical or system errors
- Any issues related to cruise line operations, changes, delays, or cancellations
11. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.
12. Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
